Keyboard shortcuts

Every keyboard shortcut in RTL++ on Mac, Windows and Linux: running and building, the editor, the layout and the waveform.

The same list is in the Inspector, and ⌘/ opens it. Shortcuts work while you type in the editor, except ] and [, which move the waveform cursor only when the editor does not have focus.
