Navigation, find and replace

Go to a definition, find references and rename across files, hover a name for its declaration and value, and find and replace in the RTL++ editor.

Moving around

Go to definition
F12, or ⌘ click a name. Works across files.
Find references
⇧F12 marks every use in the editor.
Rename
F2 renames the name under the cursor, typed in place, in every file that uses it.
Hover
Shows where a name is declared and, with the waveform cursor placed, its value at that time in the test the dock shows.
Go to line
⌃G, then a line number, or :42:7 in the command bar for a column too.
Symbols
In the command bar, # lists the modules, parameters, types, ports and signals of the project.

Find and replace

⌘F opens find in the open file, starting from the selected text. ⌥⌘F adds the replace field, with Replace for the current match and All for every match. Find can match case, match whole words, or take a regular expression. Enter and ⇧Enter step through the matches and Esc closes it.

Tabs

Files open in tabs above the code. ⌥⇧] and ⌥⇧[ move between them and ⌥W closes the current one.
